About the sangha

Join a small, supportive mindfulness group where practice, reflection, and connection come together. The Forest Floor Sanghas meets biweekly on Zoom for 90 minutes, offering a consistent space to learn and share. This is a place to bring your practice into relationship—to be seen, heard, and supported in a like-hearted community.

What you can expect
Details

Each gathering includes:


 

  • A check-in, sharing space for what's present

  • A guided meditation for deeper presence

  • A reflection question to explore together

  • Short teachings or space for practice-related questions

  • A dedication of merit, closing with intention

  • When: 

    • Cedar Sangha: this group meets every other Saturday from 9:00-10:30AM PT

    • Sequoia Sangha: this group will meet* every other Tuesday from 12:00-1:30pm PT (*once at least 6 members have signed up)

  • Where: online via Zoom

  • Cost: offered by donation (Dana), honoring the Buddhist tradition of generosity. All are welcome, regardless of financial ability.
