About the sangha
Join a small, supportive mindfulness group where practice, reflection, and connection come together. The Forest Floor Sanghas meets biweekly on Zoom for 90 minutes, offering a consistent space to learn and share. This is a place to bring your practice into relationship—to be seen, heard, and supported in a like-hearted community.

Each gathering includes:

When:

Cedar Sangha: this group meets every other Saturday from 9:00-10:30AM PT

Sequoia Sangha: this group will meet* every other Tuesday from 12:00-1:30pm PT (*once at least 6 members have signed up)

Where: online via Zoom

Cost: offered by donation (Dana), honoring the Buddhist tradition of generosity. All are welcome, regardless of financial ability.
