About the course

This 4-week course offers a gentle, nature-based introduction to mindfulness in a supportive and inclusive online space. It’s designed for all experience levels — whether you're brand new, or deepening your practice — and offers a down-to-earth, embodied path for bringing mindfulness into your daily life.

Each live session will include guided meditation, group sharing, nature-based reflections and teaching, and time for Q&A. 
Between sessions, you’ll receive simple practices and resources to support a practice that’s meaningful and realistic — one that meets you exactly where you are and can grow at your own pace.
 

Together, we’ll explore how reconnecting with the natural world can help you remember your own natural capacity for presence, ease, and inner stillness
